Hey, I’m Marianne—wife, mama of three, and forever smitten with our rescue greyhound, Bianca. Food’s always been my love language. After years in the food world, I stumbled into charcuterie about six years ago and instantly got hooked. There’s just something magic about gathering around a board that’s been crafted with care—its connection, but make it edible.
I stepped away from the 9-to-5 to focus on my family, but I couldn’t shake the itch to create. So, SALT•SWINE was born. What started as a creative outlet turned into a way to share that joy—of flavor, design, and community—one board at a time.
